Morning or Night- When to workout

I love working out at night.  Maybe because its cooler in summer, or because my kids are in bed.
Whatever the reason, I always try and get it in.  Now I am one that miss some days so do not think I am Mrs. Workout.

I love to run more than I do an actual workout. :)
